Account deletion and data removal

Method 1 (recommended): in-app deletion
- Open the Taximetre24 app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Find Delete account.
- Confirm deletion.
After confirmation, the account and related server data are deleted, and local app data is cleared on the device.
Method 2: request via support
If you cannot sign in, you can request account deletion by email: support@taximetre24.com. In the email, include the email/phone used for registration and a request to delete the account.
What data is deleted
- Account data (profile and credentials).
- Shift and trip data associated with the account.
- Related synchronization records and technical data linked to the account.
Timing
Deletion is performed automatically after confirmation in the app. If the request is made through support, processing may take additional time.
